Tina Williams, Fox Williams LLP

Tina is one of the UK’s leading partnership and limited liability partnership experts. She advises on establishment, structuring, partnership documentation, management and remuneration issues, mergers and other types of combinations and affiliations, regulation, partner and team moves, discrimination claims and solvent and insolvent liquidations. Tina graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in modern languages. Following graduation she qualified as a solicitor and, in 1989, co-founded Fox Williams. Tina was senior partner from 2005 to 2013, when she became chair of the firm with a special focus on international business.

Daniel also advises individuals and teams of professionals on issues relating to their partnership, such as their recruitment, retirement and treatment while a partner or member.
