His experience includes defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation; contract disputes with senior executives; wage and hour class and collective actions; defending and prosecuting restrictive covenant claims; and litigating employment­-related claims arising out of the employment relationship, such as breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference. Daniel also regularly advises clients on all aspects of employment-related matters, including hiring and firing decisions; restructuring efforts; due diligence with respect to corporate transactions; non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality issues; employment, consulting and separation agreements; workplace accommodations, and other matters.
