Daniel Turinsky has a deep breadth of experience in representing high-profile clients in substantial litigations, and represents employers in litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels. His experience includes defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation; contract disputes with senior executives; wage and hour class and collective actions; defending and prosecuting restrictive covenant claims; and litigating employment­-related claims arising out of the employment relationship, such as breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference. Daniel also regularly advises clients on all aspects of employment-related matters, including hiring and firing decisions; restructuring efforts; due diligence with respect to corporate transactions; non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality issues; employment, consulting and separation agreements; workplace accommodations, and other matters.
