Roger Leese, Clifford Chance

Roger Leese is Co-Head of the firm's Business and Human Rights Group and a member of the Firm's ESG Board. As a Partner in the Firm's Disputes Practice, Roger has acted on a wide range of investigations and disputes, with a focus on Financial Investors and Merger and Acquisitions. Roger's practice has an increasing focus on Responsible Investment. Roger also leads the Firm’s pro bono and Community Affairs programmes, chairs its Responsible Business Committee and also chairs the Board of Trustees of the NGO, Advocates for International Development.

Anna Kirkpatrick, Clifford Chance

Anna Kirkpatrick's business and human rights practice includes a broad range of work from advising on human rights due diligence including designing human rights impact assessments, assisting clients with developing the strategy and tools for the implementation of human rights into everyday operational decision making, and assisting clients with human rights related complaints raised by civil society organisations and rights holders including under the complaint mechanisms offered by the OECD. She has been ranked as an Associate to Watch in Business and Human Rights Law by Chambers Global 2019. She also practices international arbitration and international law.

Jonathan White, Clifford Chance

Johnny White advises on commercial and financial disputes, international law and business and human rights. Johnny has experience of conducting litigation arising from cross-border disputes in the commercial, banking and private equity sectors. He also has experience of public law challenges, and advises on business and human rights issues.
